Users can repay early at any time. If the loan is repaid early, interest and related fees will only be charged based on the actual number of days used.

Worked example

₹10,000 over 120 days

The calculation below follows the official RupeeFlow credit limit explanation, step by step.

Interest

A user withdraws 10,000 INR with a repayment period of 120 days at an annual interest rate of 18.25%.

Daily interest rate: 0.05%
Daily interest amount: 10,000 × 0.05% = ₹5
Estimated monthly interest: 10,000 × 0.05% × 30 = ₹150
Estimated monthly repayment: principal instalment + accrued interest ≈ ₹2,650
Total interest for 120 days: ₹600
Total repayment amount: ₹10,600

Disbursement

A withdrawal processing fee of 3% is deducted at the time of disbursement.

Withdrawal fee: 10,000 × 3% = ₹300
Final amount received: ₹9,700

The user therefore receives ₹9,700 in hand and repays a total of ₹10,600 within the selected repayment term. If the user chooses to repay earlier than the original due date, interest and related charges will be recalculated based on the actual number of days the funds were used.
